Other Foods' Mushroom snacks have all the taste and texture of natural slow baked mushrooms. The earthy Umami taste of mushrooms is one that few consumers can resist, combined with just a pinch of Himalayan salt to heighten the organoleptic experience.

Other Foods mushroom snacks are a moreish indulgent treat that satisfy that savoury sweet spot in snacking with all the benefits of natural goodness and a hint of guilt-free pleasure. Under 100 calories per portion, no artificial colours, additives or preservatives – they are good enough to eat anytime you want.

It’s a combination of science and gourmet adventure!

We firstly vacuum dry our selected mushroom and okra, then put them into a vacuum chamber to gently cook them in a relatively low temperature (around 60 ℃）We are aiming for that symphony of crunchiness! Then comes the dash of vegan maltose to strengthen the natural sweetness of vegetable, then season with pinch of Himalayan salt to perfection.

All of our snacks are cooked in small batch to ensure we bring the highest quality to you.

The mighty mushroom not only is healthy on the plate, it’s also gentle on the planet – according to a new study measuring the water, energy and carbon emissions required to grow and harvest fresh mushrooms in the world.

IT ALL STARTED WHEN...

Right Now Amazon is on fire and we feel devastated and powerless. On 20th August 2019,Our founders decided to do their best to make a difference and now Other Foods is officially partnering with Cool Earth to support their work with rainforest communities in the Amazon and around the tropics to halt deforestation and its role in climate change.

Among all the projects, Other Foods picked the heart of the rainforest: Asháninka. We believe by empowering the Asháninka,we can shield millions of acres of Amazon Rainforest.

We made the decision to donate to support Cool Earth because it is the leading charity to help rainforest worldwide with a different approach. We are impressed by how they arm local communities with tools and skills to become empowered and continue protecting rainforest beyond the end of a partnership.

We are delighted to be part of that essential help to 2960 local villagers in central Peru,to shield 8157 species of animals,including 19 endangered species in Amazon.
