SOHO Brewing's beer wizard created the recipe for SOHO Lager 4.5% using exclusively premium Noble aroma hops to brew this moreish, premium mid-strength hybrid of the Munich and Pilsner styles.
Noble aroma hops are prized for their soft bitterness, increased hop oils and complex aromatics. The low alpha acids of these hops allow them to shine in harmony with the malts for a delicious, smooth mouthfeel. We brew slowly, in small batch, and never pasteurise, keeping all of those lovely flavours.
